"WHERE HAS ALL THE FUNK GONE?" My secret answer is France. They frickin' love it. They have the funkiest mind blowing djs that will slay any dance floor, and their girls get into it too. So it's really no surprise that Favorite records puts out this 12" with two sides of heat: "Gimme Some Time" on the a-side, and the "Gimme Some Time Part 2" and "From South To North" on the other. Vinyl was made in... France! The female vocals by Mounam are soul splitting and I need not speak for these drums, for they do so themselves. I fortell a definite migration here and this is one clue of
