They were musically great. Lightning fast when they wanted to be but also melodic in a class-of-77 sense. Lyrically they were of the fiercely independent US Southwest mindset… anti-corporation, ant-communist and anti-propaganda. They were convinced that the USA was taking away your rights and they were trying to warn you of the coming new world order…

In my opinion, their politics were very typical of HC bands of the day. Definitely not leftist…probably more libertarian.
