The Nocturnals were quite big in Vancouver in the mid-'60s. They had a couple of local hit singles (This Ain't Love and Because You're Gone), backed Glen Campbell at the PNE and were even part-owners of a nightclub, the Grooveyard.

But that was more than 40 years ago. The band split up in 1968 and went on to a variety of careers (the organ player became a marine biologist, the guitarist runs a dry-cleaning business in Creston, a sax player managed a liquor store).

This product was added to our catalog on Wednesday 18 November, 2009.
