Soulful madness from Hajime Yoshizawa -- a selection of tracks from his excellent Edge Of The Universe album, all remixed for an even deeper sound! If you know the original, you'll know that Hajime's groove is already pretty expansive -- with bits of Brazilian, Latin, fusion, and soulful house all percolating together wonderfully. And here, thanks to help from a range of great outside talents, that sound is expanded even more strongly -- but not in that "aggressive" remix album sort of mode, where all the producers are fighting to outdo each other. Instead, the vibe here is very cohesive and almost collaborative -- very much in support of the strength of Yoshizawa's original musical vision!
