With the support of Maximum Rocknroll's Tim Yohannan and others in the Bay Area punk scene, the band quickly gained a strong local following. Their debut LP, 1985's Sounds of Nature, was originally released on legendary punk artist Pushead's Pusmort label (Poison Idea, Septic Death).
